Rear Magical Beast?

So I've found some sources on rearing animals and I have a few questions. To rear a magical beast you need a Handle Animal DC of 30 + the creatures HD. The creature must have an INT of 1-2. My question is if you use ability drain Int, or Feeblemind on a creature could you then rear it? If you can then if the creature was ever healed of either of those it would not be under your control anymore.

Creature Trainer feat, it says that you can train another type of creature other than animal or beast. Well if i am not mistaken didn't beast get turned into either animal, or magical beast. The Sea Lion was a large beast. Well in 3.5 it is a Sea Cat and a large magical beast. The Tarrasque is a large magical beast in both. So my question is would this feat allow me to train/rear Magical beast with 4 or lower INT. I'm guessing not because it says beast in the feat but I just wanted some more experienced players opinion.
