Dipping (or emulating) Truenamer

Ok, truenamers are bad. We get that.

They do have a (few) nice toys though: Spell Rebirth, Rebuild Item, Caster Lens, uh that's about it

Is there a day for character to gain access to these preferably without losing spellcaster levels? There are some feats like "Utterance of the Evolved Mind" that give access to second level utterances but I need more! Higher!

e: also, what about using Miracle and/or (Limited) Wish?

I'd assume most DMs would be willing to let you use Limited/Wish to create the effects.

Frankly, if you're a wizard capable of casting Limited Wish or higher, then you should already have some pretty good effects. But you could talk to your DM about a "wand" of these utterances.
