Reverse Jotunbrud?

Is there a feat or trait that works as a reverse jotunbrud? As in, make you count as a size smaller?

This may seem counter intuitive, but I was thinking about the Counter Charge maneuver, and how you get a bonus to the Dex check if you're smaller

The Slight Build quality is pretty much the polar opposite of Powerful Build. To my knowlege, the only thing that has it is Kobolds (given to them on this (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060420a) web article).

And they get these things for... free? I mean, I don't even have to choose one. I just get all of them in exchange for absolutely nothing? Ha! And they say non-core is silly... :smallamused:

Anyway, this doesn't really help me because I needed it for an Elf build I have going for me. Thanks though.

Edit: I'd be willing to go for Human or Lesser Aassimar instead of elf, but a Kobold just doesn't cut it
