Is there a feat that lets your secondary natural attacks operate without the -5 penalty or at half strength? I know ambidexterity does something similar for two weapon fighters, and multidexterity does that same thing for creatures with 3 or more arms... But is there anything that can do it for various types of natural attacks (e.g., claw, bite, gore, etc)?

Multiattack in 3.5.

Also, Ambidexterity isn't a thing in 3.5. My understanding is that it got rolled in to TWF.

Oh, man! I had never noticed ambidexterity was a 3.0 feat. That sux that they nerfed it for twf... I should have known... I just figured twf was more popular because it was a prerequisite for other feats...
I guess that makes sense then that there isn't a feat that makes all natural attacks equal.
Thanks

Multiattack (MM) reduces the penalties to -2 instead of -5 and Improved Multiattack (SS) reduces it to 0, though you still don't get more than 1/2 str bonus to damage.
