"Pain... Agony.... My hatred burns through the cavernous deeps. The world heaves with my torment. Its wretched kingdoms quake beneath my rage... But at last... The whole of Azeroth will break... ...And all will burn beneath the shadow of my wings..." -Deathwing the Destroyer.
The Akastarepti
http://uppix.com/f-Akastarepti_2_053b0df9d0016e323.png
In the beginning before the light, before the worlds, the Titans thought. They existed as a creature of which to be, of which to think. One of their number, known only in future knowledge as The Monster, a terrifying red beast of which sought only to destroy. However, it could not define itself as a being, and thus had to define itself with those it brutalized, those it tore to shreds. Others existed at the time, as like The Maker, and The Empyrean, creatures similar to The Monster, and yet completely different. The Empyrean of all things, bound itself to the ideal of Leadership, through it's own nature as the First of the Titans, it became a leader unlike any other, and gathered like-minded souls about it. The Maker was one of creation, of innovation, and likewise gathered souls.
In the Ancient times, The Monster would gleefully murder and slaughter, paying no heed for what it gifted it's destruction upon, until the day it destroyed a collection of souls gathered in even older times as a gift to The Empyrean. As it eagerly devoured the souls, it was afflicted upon a most terrible pain, one that threatened to wound it like none had ever before. As it writhed, it began to bleed, and so the blood of The Monster, infused with the Souls of The Empyrean, fell to the ground, and thus birthed the Bloody Ruler.
Born of Rage and Primal Right of Rule, it wielded a terrible balance of brutality and intellegence, becoming something akin to the Titans themselves, but still falling short of their legend. When the Great War began, recognizing it was far outclassed by the weapons of both the Gods and The Titans, it hid itself in another, Greater legend; That of the Empyrean.
When it fell, the Bloody Ruler saw it's chance, and while the Gods focused their attention elsewhere, it became a part of the Empyrean's legend, carving out what it would be remembered for. Today, Those that feel the right to rule, but are otherwise too brutal or merciless for those that would find themselves following such a creature, are known as; The Akastarepti.

A King's Mythos:
An Akastarepti's power is expressed in terms of one or more "Mythos", the building blocks of the legend that they are, and the stories that they have told and will tell. While any given Mythos varies from the rest, they share some similar traits. They are always Extraordinary abilities, and when they reference a difficulty class for an imposed saving throw, that saving throw is always calculated as (10 + 1/2 class level + Charisma modifier, unless otherwise stated). When a Mythos references a "level" that is not clearly defined in some other way, such as "character level", it refers to "class level" as in the number of levels one has in the Akastarepti class. When a Mythos references "allies", it specifically does not refer to the Akastarepti using it. When a Mythos grants a feat as a bonus feat, it is regardless of whether the character meets the prerequisites for that feat (unless otherwise stated), and if the character already possesses that feat (in some permanent fashion - via the normal allotment gained by levelling up, or through another Mythos, and so on, but not those gained temporarily, such as via a "Heroics" spell), they must replace the prior instance of that feat with another feat that they qualify for.
Every Mythos has a Tier. The Tier of a Mythos ranges from 1 to 4, typically referred to as Exceptional, Fantastic, Legendary, and Exalted. The stories of the brutal lord, the tyrant, they are the essence of the Exceptional Mythos. The Dark paladin, and his routine, or the Vampire baron in his castle black, are both part of the Fantastic story. Of the scarce beings who attain the following and prowess to achieve the Legendary Mythos, those are the War leaders, brutally intelligent and without mercy. Those of the Exalted are few and far between, being Leaders renown throughout the world for their tactics, taking no prisoners and leaving nothing but ruin and destruction.
Some Mythos, in addition to their initial stated effect, have Basic and Advanced manifestations. When a Akastarepti gains access to a Mythos with a list of Basic manifestations, they may choose one such manifestation, and they gain that benefit immediately as well. This choice may not be changed later. When a Akastarepti gains access to a Mythos with a list of Advanced manifestations, they may choose one such manifestation, and they gain that benefit upon achieving their next level of Akastarepti. This choice may be changed at any point before receiving the chosen manifestation itself, but not after (choosing beforehand is just an easy way to mark it down on your character sheet so you don't forget that you'll be getting something later).
Mythos Known: A 1st level Akastarepti begins play with two Exceptional Mythos that he qualifies for if this is his first level in a PC character class. At higher levels, he gains additional Mythos as noted on the Akastarepti class table.
For characters that multi class into Akastarepti after having taken levels in another PC character class, the 1st level of Akastarepti grants only a single Exceptional Mythos, rather than two.
A Akastarepti also has the ability to learn more Mythos, above the ones automatically allotted to him by levelling up, by Subjection. Every time a Akastarepti controls, convinces, or any other way, has someone follow and pay homage, he gains 10x HD of the Creature in Mythos points. At 20th level, this increases to 500x HD.
By spending 1,000 Mythos Points, and 250xp, he may learn an Exceptional Mythos. A Fantastic Mythos requires 5,000 Mythos Points and 500xp. A Legendary Mythos takes 10,000 Mythos Points, and 1,000xp. And an Exalted Mythos takes 20,000 Mythos Points and 2,000xp.
For half the listed price for a given Tier, a Akastarepti may learn a Basic or Advanced manifestation of a Mythos they already know of that Tier.
Learning Mythos above the standard amount requires astounding, nearly single-minded devotion to the Monster's mentality. A Akastarepti may only utilize this ability while more than half of his effective character level (ECL) is devoted to levels in the Akastarepti class.
Excellency in Lordship As denoted on their class table, a Akastarepti gains a certain number of abilities known as "Excellencies". These tend to be more general, generic, and passive than a Mythos, but are useful nonetheless, and are drawn from their own separate list, unsegregated by Tiers. Like a Mythos, a Akastarepti may learn more Excellencies above their allotted amount. Each one costs 1,000 Mythos Points and 100xp, plus an additional 1,000 Mythos Points and 100xp for each time a new Excellency is innovated beyond the first. (So, 2,000mp and 200xp for the second, 3,000mp and 300xp for the third, etc.)
Exceptional Mythos
Tyrannical Truth
During the tyranny of the Bloody Ruler, he found out in a rather annoying endeavour that some beings actually had the gall to lie to his face, or even behind his back. Even when such beings were made an example of, others just lied better. You're going to do better than he did, you're not going to allow anyone to think of lying to you.
Prerequisite:-
You gain a bonus to your Sense motive, Intimidate, and Diplomacy ranks equal to your Class level. In addition, you may induce a state in a creature as the spell Charm person, as a standard action, with a will save.
Advanced:
Twisted torn tongue
You can make such a brutal example out of anyone, that you can cause primal fear in those witnessing it. With a simple grab and a pull, you can silence any liar.
Prerequisite: One Fantastic Mythos
As a standard action, when you catch someone in a lie, and they are within reach of you, you may rip out their tongue. This is a touch attack, and requires both a fort and reflex save to avoid. However, if they manage to pass one of the saves, they only incur a 25% chance failure on things a speaking ability is required for. This removes their ability to speak, and thus preform any action that requires speaking.
Silence forever the Voices of the innocent
The voice of the bloody ruler was known to echo throughout the plane of which he resided, affording none the escape of his terrible dominion.
Prerequisite: -
As a standard action, you may release a roar from the depths of your blackened soul, cowering anyone who fails the will save, for three rounds. As an addition, you may move any target one line along the fear status, as a full round action.
Memories of foolish naysayers
In the old days, the Bloody ruler would have no qualms about devouring those he killed, and few but his most trusted allies knew the real secret; He would gain the memories of those he ravaged.
Prerequisite:-
You gain bonus feat slots equal to half the amount of Mythos you can have without using Mythos points. When you consume the flesh of a fallen enemy as a full round action that requires at least 1/3 of the corpse to remain, you may gain any one of their feats. This takes up one of the feat slots, and once chosen, can not be changed. You however, may not gain an Epic Feat without being Epic level yourself, and you cannot gain a feat you could not qualify for (Racial, Grafting, etc.)
Armor worthy of a king
Though in the beginning, the Bloody ruler had an appearance like that of a mortal, his body began to twist and turn into something greater, becoming a near perfect being for what he craved; Domination.
Prerequisite: Con 14
You gain a natural armor bonus equal to your con mod that stacks with any other natural armor you may gain.
You also gain a natural resistance to injury, giving you DR 1/- for each 2 points of natural armor you have.
Body rending speed
Many would have hoped that the Bloody ruler would have been slow, and ponderous, allowing him to be slain with arrows, so that they did not have to face his horror in person. He delightfully proved them otherwise, acting before they could even hope to kill him, not that they could anyways.
Prerequisite: -
Once per encounter, as an immediate action, immediately jump into whatever position in the initiative order that you desire. You act normally during this round, and then return to your old position. In this manner, you may act before anyone else if you desire (by placing yourself at the highest initiative), and still remain in your old position as well (thus granting you two turns in a single round of combat, technically). You may, of course, choose to act at any point in the initiative order, not just the first position.
You also gain a 10-foot bonus to your base speed, which increases to a +20 bonus at upon taking your first Fantastic Mythos, a +40 bonus upon gaining your first Legendary Mythos, and finally becoming a +60 bonus upon reaching the Exalted tier of Mythos."
Harrowing Terror claws
In the early days, as the Bloody ruler climbed the mountain of his rule, he was known for brutality with his clawed limbs, slashing and tearing freely with the horrific blades.
Prerequisite: Strength of at least 14
You gain a Natural weapon that replaces both of your hands, a large and dangerous claw. You may still preform fine manipulation with the claw, but take a -10 to anything that requires a check, besides climb. It deals 1d6 Damage, which increases by 1d6 for every level you have. (So 15d6 at 15th, etc)
Noxious life killing breath
Known as a dangerous being, master of both the Manufactured and the Physical, the Bloody Ruler evolved into something more as he grew more powerful, gaining the ability to spew fire from his mouth.
Prerequisite: Con 16
You gain a breath weapon that may be used once every 1d4 rounds, which deals 1d8 damage, and increases by 1d8 every three levels. It may deal Acid, Fire, or Cold Damage. This damage type is chosen when you gain this Mythos. Reflex save for half as usual.
"I am my own master."
You won't be controlled. You won't be told what to do. You are the Child of the One Emperor. You will do the controlling.
Prerequisite: Cha 14
Once per round, you automatically remove any one ongoing effect that you wish to end. (Such as Mind controlled, Nauseated, Paralysed, etc. This does not allow you to resurrect yourself, Nor end any effect the DM deems inappropriate for this to end. Use common sense.)
Sorcerous Initiation
As the Bloody ruler grew in his power, yet another facet of his abilities were realized. He found, though limited, that he possessed a power unlike most others, that of Sorcery.
Prerequisite: 4 Mythos
Pick a single least or lesser invocation from the Warlock or Dragonfire Adept invocation list. You gain this invocation as an at-will spell-like ability, invoking it as a warlock or dragonfire adept of your class level. In addition, choose a single Basic manifestation from below; you may only select this once. You do have to pay the Xp cost, if the DM deems appropriate.
Basic
Eldritch Theft: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Wizard/Sorcerer spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Sorcerer of your class level.
Hateful Divinity: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Cleric/Favored Soul spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Favored Soul of your class level.
Nature's Corruption: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Druid spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Druid of your class level.
Advanced:
Arcana From Agony: You may instead use your Constitution modifier in place of any saves, damage, and effects in regards to your spell-like ability instead of Charisma.
Words Like Vipers
Though he had no patience for liars, and preferred to speak the truth, his words carried weight. He could reduce a person to an emotional wreck with a few words, and with many, he could even cause physical pain.
Prerequisite: Tyrannical Truth
As a full round action which invokes attacks of opportunity, the Akastarepti may use this Mythos to induce one of three states upon one victim. This being must be able to understand, and hear the Akastarepti. Stages 1-2 Both induce a save, but stage 3 does not.
Stage 1: 2 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Shaken
Stage 2: 6 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Frightened
Stage 3: 10 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Panicked, and takes 1d6 + Akastarepti Class level damage.
Advanced:
Honey-coated Venom
You may choose to delay this pain, for a number of days equal to your class level, and may activate it any time within that period. However, you may not stack this.
Excellencies
[Ability] Mastery of the Bloody ruler
Prerequisite: -
Choose one of Strength, Charisma, or Constitution. This Excellency may be purchased once for each Ability Score, granting a +2 enhancement bonus to the chosen ability.
Once you have at least one Legendary Mythos known, this Excellency may be purchased a second time for each Ability Score. This second purchase increases the enhancement bonus by 4, to a total of +6.
Immunity rending talons
Prerequisite: One Fantastic Mythos
When attacking with your natural weapons, such as your claws, you may damage the target, with the ability to have the damage ignore any regeneration.
Natural unfailing instinct
Prerequisite: -
Why should you fail when others would? You are not like them, you are far more powerful, you won't fail like they would.
When you roll a d20, roll two and take the better result.
Bloody [Skill] Mastery
Prerequisite: -
Choose an Akastarepti class skill. If you already had ranks in the chosen skill, they are refunded as you break yourself of your old learning, replacing practice and discipline with endowed knowledge. These refunded points may be spent as normal the next time you level up.
You immediately gain four skill ranks in the chosen skill. Every day after you gain this Excellency, you add one more rank to the chosen skill, until you reach the maximum number of ranks you may have in that skill. This continues as your capacity for new skill ranks increases, always ensuring you have the maximum mastery available.
This Excellency may be learned multiple times, once for each Akastarepti class skill.
Constraint ignoring might
Prerequisite: One legendary Mythos
When restrained by some device that can be escaped with a strength check, you automatically succeed.
Inhuman charismatic talent
Prerequisite: Words like Vipers
You can talk down even the most valiant of ignorant Hero's from their cause.
The DC for each level of diplomacy is reduced by 10. (Points at Mr. Burlew's Diplomacy fix)

Prerequisite: -
Choose one of Strength, Charisma, or Constitution. This Excellency may be purchased once for each Ability Score, granting a +2 enhancement bonus to the chosen ability.

Prerequisite: One Fantastic Mythos
When attacking with your natural weapons, such as your claws, you may damage the target, with the ability to have the damage ignore any regeneration.
