"Pain... Agony.... My hatred burns through the cavernous deeps. The world heaves with my torment. Its wretched kingdoms quake beneath my rage... But at last... The whole of Azeroth will break... ...And all will burn beneath the shadow of my wings..." -Deathwing the Destroyer.

The Akastarepti

In the beginning before the light, before the worlds, the Titans thought. They existed as a creature of which to be, of which to think. One of their number, known only in future knowledge as The Monster, a terrifying red beast of which sought only to destroy. However, it could not define itself as a being, and thus had to define itself with those it brutalized, those it tore to shreds. Others existed at the time, as like The Maker, and The Empyrean, creatures similar to The Monster, and yet completely different. The Empyrean of all things, bound itself to the ideal of Leadership, through it's own nature as the First of the Titans, it became a leader unlike any other, and gathered like-minded souls about it. The Maker was one of creation, of innovation, and likewise gathered souls.

In the Ancient times, The Monster would gleefully murder and slaughter, paying no heed for what it gifted it's destruction upon, until the day it destroyed a collection of souls gathered in even older times as a gift to The Empyrean. As it eagerly devoured the souls, it was afflicted upon a most terrible pain, one that threatened to wound it like none had ever before. As it writhed, it began to bleed, and so the blood of The Monster, infused with the Souls of The Empyrean, fell to the ground, and thus birthed the Bloody Ruler.

Born of Rage and Primal Right of Rule, it wielded a terrible balance of brutality and intellegence, becoming something akin to the Titans themselves, but still falling short of their legend. When the Great War began, recognizing it was far outclassed by the weapons of both the Gods and The Titans, it hid itself in another, Greater legend; That of the Empyrean.
When it fell, the Bloody Ruler saw it's chance, and while the Gods focused their attention elsewhere, it became a part of the Empyrean's legend, carving out what it would be remembered for. Today, Those that feel the right to rule, but are otherwise too brutal or merciless for those that would find themselves following such a creature, are known as; The Akastarepti.

A King's Mythos:
An Akastarepti's power is expressed in terms of one or more "Mythos", the building blocks of the legend that they are, and the stories that they have told and will tell. While any given Mythos varies from the rest, they share some similar traits. They are always Extraordinary abilities, and when they reference a difficulty class for an imposed saving throw, that saving throw is always calculated as (10 + 1/2 class level + Charisma modifier, unless otherwise stated). When a Mythos references a "level" that is not clearly defined in some other way, such as "character level", it refers to "class level" as in the number of levels one has in the Akastarepti class. When a Mythos references "allies", it specifically does not refer to the Akastarepti using it. When a Mythos grants a feat as a bonus feat, it is regardless of whether the character meets the prerequisites for that feat (unless otherwise stated), and if the character already possesses that feat (in some permanent fashion - via the normal allotment gained by levelling up, or through another Mythos, and so on, but not those gained temporarily, such as via a "Heroics" spell), they must replace the prior instance of that feat with another feat that they qualify for.

Every Mythos has a Tier. The Tier of a Mythos ranges from 1 to 4, typically referred to as Exceptional, Fantastic, Legendary, and Exalted. The stories of the brutal lord, the tyrant, they are the essence of the Exceptional Mythos. The Dark paladin, and his routine, or the Vampire baron in his castle black, are both part of the Fantastic story. Of the scarce beings who attain the following and prowess to achieve the Legendary Mythos, those are the War leaders, brutally intelligent and without mercy. Those of the Exalted are few and far between, being Leaders renown throughout the world for their tactics, taking no prisoners and leaving nothing but ruin and destruction.

Some Mythos, in addition to their initial stated effect, have Basic and Advanced manifestations. When a Akastarepti gains access to a Mythos with a list of Basic manifestations, they may choose one such manifestation, and they gain that benefit immediately as well. This choice may not be changed later. When a Akastarepti gains access to a Mythos with a list of Advanced manifestations, they may choose one such manifestation, and they gain that benefit upon achieving their next level of Akastarepti. This choice may be changed at any point before receiving the chosen manifestation itself, but not after (choosing beforehand is just an easy way to mark it down on your character sheet so you don't forget that you'll be getting something later).

Mythos Known: A 1st level Akastarepti begins play with two Exceptional Mythos that he qualifies for if this is his first level in a PC character class. At higher levels, he gains additional Mythos as noted on the Akastarepti class table.

For characters that multi class into Akastarepti after having taken levels in another PC character class, the 1st level of Akastarepti grants only a single Exceptional Mythos, rather than two.

A Akastarepti also has the ability to learn more Mythos, above the ones automatically allotted to him by levelling up, by Subjection. Every time a Akastarepti controls, convinces, or any other way, has someone follow and pay homage, he gains 10x HD of the Creature in Mythos points. At 20th level, this increases to 500x HD.
By spending 1,000 Mythos Points, and 250xp, he may learn an Exceptional Mythos. A Fantastic Mythos requires 5,000 Mythos Points and 500xp. A Legendary Mythos takes 10,000 Mythos Points, and 1,000xp. And an Exalted Mythos takes 20,000 Mythos Points and 2,000xp.
For half the listed price for a given Tier, a Akastarepti may learn a Basic or Advanced manifestation of a Mythos they already know of that Tier.
Learning Mythos above the standard amount requires astounding, nearly single-minded devotion to the Monster's mentality. A Akastarepti may only utilize this ability while more than half of his effective character level (ECL) is devoted to levels in the Akastarepti class.

Excellency in Lordship As denoted on their class table, a Akastarepti gains a certain number of abilities known as "Excellencies". These tend to be more general, generic, and passive than a Mythos, but are useful nonetheless, and are drawn from their own separate list, unsegregated by Tiers. Like a Mythos, a Akastarepti may learn more Excellencies above their allotted amount. Each one costs 1,000 Mythos Points and 100xp, plus an additional 1,000 Mythos Points and 100xp for each time a new Excellency is innovated beyond the first. (So, 2,000mp and 200xp for the second, 3,000mp and 300xp for the third, etc.)

Exceptional Mythos

Tyrannical Truth
During the tyranny of the Bloody Ruler, he found out in a rather annoying endeavour that some beings actually had the gall to lie to his face, or even behind his back. Even when such beings were made an example of, others just lied better. You're going to do better than he did, you're not going to allow anyone to think of lying to you.
Prerequisite:-
You gain a bonus to your Sense motive, Intimidate, and Diplomacy ranks equal to your Class level. In addition, you may induce a state in a creature as the spell Charm person, as a standard action, with a will save.

Advanced:

Twisted torn tongue
You can make such a brutal example out of anyone, that you can cause primal fear in those witnessing it. With a simple grab and a pull, you can silence any liar.
Prerequisite: One Fantastic Mythos
As a standard action, when you catch someone in a lie, and they are within reach of you, you may rip out their tongue. This is a touch attack, and requires both a fort and reflex save to avoid. However, if they manage to pass one of the saves, they only incur a 25% chance failure on things a speaking ability is required for. This removes their ability to speak, and thus preform any action that requires speaking.

Silence forever the Voices of the innocent
The voice of the bloody ruler was known to echo throughout the plane of which he resided, affording none the escape of his terrible dominion.
Prerequisite: -
As a standard action, you may release a roar from the depths of your blackened soul, cowering anyone who fails the will save, for three rounds. As an addition, you may move any target one line along the fear status, as a full round action.

Memories of foolish naysayers
In the old days, the Bloody ruler would have no qualms about devouring those he killed, and few but his most trusted allies knew the real secret; He would gain the memories of those he ravaged.
Prerequisite:-
You gain bonus feat slots equal to half the amount of Mythos you can have without using Mythos points. When you consume the flesh of a fallen enemy as a full round action that requires at least 1/3 of the corpse to remain, you may gain any one of their feats. This takes up one of the feat slots, and once chosen, can not be changed. You however, may not gain an Epic Feat without being Epic level yourself, and you cannot gain a feat you could not qualify for (Racial, Grafting, etc.)

Armor worthy of a king
Though in the beginning, the Bloody ruler had an appearance like that of a mortal, his body began to twist and turn into something greater, becoming a near perfect being for what he craved; Domination.
Prerequisite: Con 14
You gain a natural armor bonus equal to your con mod that stacks with any other natural armor you may gain.
You also gain a natural resistance to injury, giving you DR 1/- for each 2 points of natural armor you have.

Body rending speed
Many would have hoped that the Bloody ruler would have been slow, and ponderous, allowing him to be slain with arrows, so that they did not have to face his horror in person. He delightfully proved them otherwise, acting before they could even hope to kill him, not that they could anyways.
Prerequisite: -
Once per encounter, as an immediate action, immediately jump into whatever position in the initiative order that you desire. You act normally during this round, and then return to your old position. In this manner, you may act before anyone else if you desire (by placing yourself at the highest initiative), and still remain in your old position as well (thus granting you two turns in a single round of combat, technically). You may, of course, choose to act at any point in the initiative order, not just the first position.
You also gain a 10-foot bonus to your base speed, which increases to a +20 bonus at upon taking your first Fantastic Mythos, a +40 bonus upon gaining your first Legendary Mythos, and finally becoming a +60 bonus upon reaching the Exalted tier of Mythos."

Harrowing Terror claws
In the early days, as the Bloody ruler climbed the mountain of his rule, he was known for brutality with his clawed limbs, slashing and tearing freely with the horrific blades.
Prerequisite: Strength of at least 14
You gain a Natural weapon that replaces both of your hands, a large and dangerous claw. You may still preform fine manipulation with the claw, but take a -10 to anything that requires a check, besides climb. It deals 1d6 Damage, which increases by 1d6 for every level you have. (So 15d6 at 15th, etc)

Noxious life killing breath
Known as a dangerous being, master of both the Manufactured and the Physical, the Bloody Ruler evolved into something more as he grew more powerful, gaining the ability to spew fire from his mouth.
Prerequisite: Con 16
You gain a breath weapon that may be used once every 1d4 rounds, which deals 1d8 damage, and increases by 1d8 every three levels. It may deal Acid, Fire, or Cold Damage. This damage type is chosen when you gain this Mythos. Reflex save for half as usual.

"I am my own master."
You won't be controlled. You won't be told what to do. You are the Child of the One Emperor. You will do the controlling.
Prerequisite: Cha 14
Once per round, you automatically remove any one ongoing effect that you wish to end. (Such as Mind controlled, Nauseated, Paralysed, etc. This does not allow you to resurrect yourself, Nor end any effect the DM deems inappropriate for this to end. Use common sense.)

Sorcerous Initiation
As the Bloody ruler grew in his power, yet another facet of his abilities were realized. He found, though limited, that he possessed a power unlike most others, that of Sorcery.
Prerequisite: 4 Mythos
Pick a single least or lesser invocation from the Warlock or Dragonfire Adept invocation list. You gain this invocation as an at-will spell-like ability, invoking it as a warlock or dragonfire adept of your class level. In addition, choose a single Basic manifestation from below; you may only select this once. You do have to pay the Xp cost, if the DM deems appropriate.

Basic
Eldritch Theft: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Wizard/Sorcerer spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Sorcerer of your class level.
Hateful Divinity: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Cleric/Favored Soul spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Favored Soul of your class level.
Nature's Corruption: Select a single spell of 2nd level or lower from the Druid spell list. You gain this as an at-will spell-like ability, casting it as a Druid of your class level.

Advanced:
Arcana From Agony: You may instead use your Constitution modifier in place of any saves, damage, and effects in regards to your spell-like ability instead of Charisma.

Words Like Vipers
Though he had no patience for liars, and preferred to speak the truth, his words carried weight. He could reduce a person to an emotional wreck with a few words, and with many, he could even cause physical pain.
Prerequisite: Tyrannical Truth
As a full round action which invokes attacks of opportunity, the Akastarepti may use this Mythos to induce one of three states upon one victim. This being must be able to understand, and hear the Akastarepti. Stages 1-2 Both induce a save, but stage 3 does not.

Stage 1: 2 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Shaken
Stage 2: 6 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Frightened
Stage 3: 10 or less HD below the Akastarepti; Panicked, and takes 1d6 + Akastarepti Class level damage.

Advanced:

Honey-coated Venom
You may choose to delay this pain, for a number of days equal to your class level, and may activate it any time within that period. However, you may not stack this.

Excellencies

[Ability] Mastery of the Bloody ruler
Prerequisite: -
Choose one of Strength, Charisma, or Constitution. This Excellency may be purchased once for each Ability Score, granting a +2 enhancement bonus to the chosen ability.

Once you have at least one Legendary Mythos known, this Excellency may be purchased a second time for each Ability Score. This second purchase increases the enhancement bonus by 4, to a total of +6.

Immunity rending talons
Prerequisite: One Fantastic Mythos
When attacking with your natural weapons, such as your claws, you may damage the target, with the ability to have the damage ignore any regeneration.

Natural unfailing instinct
Prerequisite: -
Why should you fail when others would? You are not like them, you are far more powerful, you won't fail like they would.
When you roll a d20, roll two and take the better result.

Bloody [Skill] Mastery
Prerequisite: -

Choose an Akastarepti class skill. If you already had ranks in the chosen skill, they are refunded as you break yourself of your old learning, replacing practice and discipline with endowed knowledge. These refunded points may be spent as normal the next time you level up.

You immediately gain four skill ranks in the chosen skill. Every day after you gain this Excellency, you add one more rank to the chosen skill, until you reach the maximum number of ranks you may have in that skill. This continues as your capacity for new skill ranks increases, always ensuring you have the maximum mastery available.

This Excellency may be learned multiple times, once for each Akastarepti class skill.

Constraint ignoring might
Prerequisite: One legendary Mythos
When restrained by some device that can be escaped with a strength check, you automatically succeed.

Inhuman charismatic talent
Prerequisite: Words like Vipers
You can talk down even the most valiant of ignorant Hero's from their cause.
The DC for each level of diplomacy is reduced by 10. (Points at Mr. Burlew's Diplomacy fix)

Fantastic Mythos

Broken Bodies made walkways
The Bloody ruler was known for an extremely gruesome, but heavily intimidating tactic, in his fortress; It was built from the remains of his enemies. A mixture of stone and flesh formed the building blocks of the castle, the shell of an impossibly large crustacean was the roof, and the door was the tongue of whatever beat had dared to defy him. Worst yet was his throne, skulls woven with hair and sealed with blood, resting upon the still living brains of those he particularly hated. You imitate the horrific, yet undoubtedly impressive structure in your own way.
Prerequisite: -
You begin to advance the coming of your dominion by first building your castle; You gain Landlord as a bonus feat, and are treated one level higher for all purposes related to it. In addition, any claim, fact, or statement made by yourself within view of the castle (Or fortress, or what have you) adds twice your level as a bonus to speech related check.

A Cacophony of Silent screams
One thing those who were alive when the Bloody ruler was alive, was that they never heard the tortured screams expected from his fortress, as one would expect.
Prerequisite: Silence forever the Voices of the innocent
As a standard action, usable on a helpless or willing creature, remove the entirety of it's ability to speak. This cannot be repaired by any mortal means.

A King's coming is never silent.
All in the material plane knew the existence of the Bloody ruler, for nature itself announced his arrival.
Prerequisite: Con 24, I am my own master
As 12 hour ritual, the Akastarepti may create radius around himself that warps and twists any Natural object (Such as trees, rocks, but not a wooden sword), into bent and rotting forms. This radius is (Class level x100ft), and he also gains the Aura of desecration, causing all natural ground in (5ft x Class level) to become difficult terrain to all foes, but he himself is unaffected. This arua moves with him.

Cold Hearted monstrosity
Though in the beginning the Bloody ruler appeared Humanlike, it's form changed as it grew into it's position, becoming harder to wound and even worse yet, made it easier for him to kill.
Prerequisite: Harrowing Terror claws, Armor worthy of a king
Upon taking this Mythos, the Akastarepti looses what remains of it's mortal form. It cannot die by natural causes, will not age, and any time effects will simply add experience. You also do not have to sleep, eat, or breathe any longer. In addition, It's Natural armor bonus doubles, and the damage dealt by it's Harrowing terror claws increases by one die size. You also gain a bite attack, which deals damage equal to one less die size and half the amount of die your claws would deal.

Infant murdering Tyrant
As a very jealous and powerful Emperor, The Bloody Ruler refused to let any other King lead people, for he alone was worthy. This led to a slaughter of any kings and their families. A Great feast was held every day of the Red week, and the Bloody ruler found he had a far more potent power from drinking the blood of the slain kings; That to end a legacy.
Prerequisite: Evil alignment, Memories of Foolish Naysayers
If you successfully wound anyone with royal blood, as defined by a right to any throne, they loose any ability to have children or sire a legacy. Any of their current children also loose the ability, and anyone related also looses the ability. Those not related by blood are safe, however. The Akastarepti also gains knowledge of all the immediate relatives of the wounded being.

Scion of destruction
The Bloody ruler was not held back by armor nor shield, both he shattered and broke.
Prerequisite: Infant murdering Tyrant, Cold hearted monstrosity
Your attacks are astoundingly powerful, able to break even the hardiest of objects. Your attacks ignore (Your level) in hardness and Damage Reduction.

Dark Messiah
The Bloody Ruler did not always conquer through might and slaughter, sometimes he preferred to sway them with honeyed words and magical tricks. He often took the form of an avatar of the god of choice, and proclaimed he was sent, as to slowly convert them into his fold.
Prerequisite: Sorcerous initiation
You gain a far greater talent in Sorcery than before, sacrificing however your versatility. You may choose to forgo any spell-casting ability, and gain Invocations as a Warlock would. You may know half the invocations a Warlock would normally know, using your level for determining invocations known. You also gain an (ex) Polymorph ability, which functions as the spell.

Enforced Apocrypha belief
Brainwashed clergy crowd the streets, chanting the long forgotten name of the Bloody ruler, peasants flock to the streets to praise the ground upon which he walked, and any blasphemer was burnt with the Holy fire of the Bloody Ruler.
Prerequisite: Dark Messiah, Words like Vipers
You gain an ability to use your words to implant corruption into the minds of those that can hear you. As a Full round action, you can make a Diplomacy check at (DC = total HD of all listening/3, minimum 15), and if successful, you can implant any thoughts into their heads, that is no more than 6 words long. They will always follow this command, regardless of self preservation, but a will save may be attempted on each command that is directly life threatening. This may only be used on creatures with less HD then yourself. Only Mind control or other such force can convince them otherwise.

Burning crown upon scaled brow
Though the Bloody Ruler brainwashed masses, and killed thousands more, He was still a leader unlike any other, and he drew hundreds of thousands to his name.
Prerequisite: Cha 18
You gain Leadership, and your charisma score is increased by 4. In addition, you never gain any penalties to your leadership score, and count as one level higher for the purposes of determining the number of followers.

Ruthless Sultan
You harbor no patience for failure, nor do you particularly care who gets in your way, be it friend or foe.
Prerequisite: Burning crown upon scaled brow
You gain Power attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, and in addition, when using Great cleave, you do not have to kill the creature to continue attacking. However, you may not attack the same creature twice.

Diamond Crown Tyranny
The Bloody ruler sits upon his throne of slaughter, and the people worship him and the Kings throw their crowns at his feet, begging to be spared. This is a taste of that glory.
Prerequisite: Ruthless Sultan
You gain a Court that follows you around, in sacrifice, you loose your cohort.
A Court is defined as 7 or less beings, who's build you create, that are 5 levels below you, and otherwise act as cohorts. You also gain the ability to use Dominate Person at will, as an (Ex) type ability. They cannot gain leadership, or be of the Akastarepti class.

Legendary Mythos

Riches-in-Abundance Glutton
The image of the Dragon on top his hoard, vast and gleaming, almost innumerable, and the Dragon's prize, the Princess as a crown to his might, is perhaps one of the most ingrained images. To add farther to his legend, the vastness of the one Material plane's ruler, The Bloody ruler accumulated vast wealth in his conquest of the material realm, such treasure was only dwarfed by those of the gods, and the Titans.
Prerequisite: Ruthless Sultan
You gain the ability to mark your wealth as your own, giving you power. This number must be more than more than Seven thousand, otherwise it ceases to have significance. Once it is marked as yours, which requires you to count (or have servants do so) every single piece, and mark it as your own. (Often with your sigil) Once this is done, you gain a perfect mental catalogue, of every item, down to the drop of blood, which you can recall at any moment. If it is ever touched, even one piece moved, you gain instant knowledge of the name, and what they are, and their current location, as long as you are on the same plane.
As an added benefit, you do not have to wear magical items or armor to have their effects upon you, they simply have to be in your vast vault. You may only have one item per slot, as normal. An Anti Magic field may turn them off, but a full round action may ignore the effect, and you cannot be affected by the same Anti magic field more than once.

Advanced:
Capitulation of the Virgin Sacrifice
Kings may offer their crowns to save themselves, in hopes that you do not remove their stain upon the tapestry of time.
Whenever a being with royal blood, or some type of right to a throne, or the Leadership feat is bested by you, you gain whatever they had in addition to your own. This entails material riches, and any material possessions. This does not include feats, or class features, etc.
You may never gain more than two leadership feats in this way, and may only have one Cohort.

Cauldron of Flesh and Blood
To be perfect is a curse, for if you are perfect, who else could be? You can at least try to make others perfect, after all, trying is always wroth it.
Prerequisite: -
You now gain the Graft Flesh feat, and do not have to pay Xp costs for grafts. You also gain the ability to graft as though you were an aboleth, beholder, fiendish, illithid, undead, or a yuan-ti.

Vile screaming malformed harvest
Prerequisite: Cauldron of Flesh and Blood
Your grafting has increased to such a level that you can create life, or twist it enough to suit your needs. Your Craft (Alchemy) skill is always at max ranks, and you gain the following ability;

At will, The Akastarepti can modify the form of any helpless or willing creature. The target falls unconscious for 2d4 rounds due to the shock of changing form. A successful DC 22 Fortitude save negates both the change and the unconsciousness. Other Akastarepti are immune unless willing.
The Akastarepti may use this ability to change a minor aspect of the target creature, such as the shape of its head or the color of its skin. It may also choose to make a much more significant alteration, such as converting limbs into tentacles, changing the overall body shape (human to bird, for example), or adding or removing an appendage. Any ability score may be decreased to a minimum of 1 or increased to a maximum equal to the Akastarepti's corresponding score.
The change bestowed takes effect immediately and is permanent. Furthermore, the alterations are automatically passed on to all the creature's offspring when it breeds with another of its unmodified kind. This cannot be used on itself, Nor can any creature gain this ability from you, or any other Akastarepti.

Final Argument of Kings
A Hero of the masses, a Savior of the people, a Voice of the voiceless. Apparently they think they can stop your terrible dominion, and with it, your immortal legend. They must be crazy.
Prerequisite: -
When in a duel with one being, and no outside interference, you gain phenomenal power. Every ability score of yours, your HP, and your Natural AC double. This effect lasts only for the encounter, and may not be used more than once per week.

Transcending Lesser Forms
As your muscles grow, and your very skin refuses more blows, you become something altogether different.
Prerequisite: Scion of destruction
You may change your type to any, other than Undead, Plant, Construct, or Humanoid, upon gaining this Mythos. In addition, you gain an (Ex) Frightful presence, with a save DC equal to the sum of your level and your Charisma modifier. Your damage with your claws increases one die size.

Bow before the coming Destroyer
Nearing the End of his time, The Bloody Ruler adapted to a form far more monstrous than he had before, becoming spined and scaled, horned and ruinous. You seek to emulate this great transformation.
Prerequisites: Transcending lesser forms
Your body is something even more than anything seen since the time of the Titan, and the very air around you announces it.
Your Frightful presence DC doubles, and now ignores any immunity to Fear, Your Damage with any natural weapon doubles, and your Noxious breath increases to a d10 size, and doubles in amount. You also gain an aura of whatever damage your breath weapon dealt, out to 10ft. You also grow a size catagory.

"When your heart is broken a thousand times"
The Bloody ruler, in all of his vast power and arrogance had forgotten one weakness to attend, and as such, His downfall. Rather he would have those who study his legend believe he had killed himself in sorrow for he had none left that he could conquer, but the truth is different from the legend.
As The Ruler, son of the Unquestionable Emperor; The Empyrean, He was the only creature separate from the Titans themselves worthy to rule in the Multiverse, or at least he believed so. Being the most powerful, He found his standards met none of the mortals, and he cried. Rivers of blood and Sorrow mixed, Blood from his left, and Sorrow from his right eyes, he lamented his fate, to forever be alone. At this moment, the as of yet unknown Titan came into being, Misery. The horrors he had caused produced the beginnings of her legend, and this final, true pain of his had given her form. The female like form arose from the red pain upon the ground, and took the Ruler's face in her hands, and caressed her flawless hands upon his scarred face. The eyes of the Bloody Ruler could not stand the sight of such a perfect creature, and forced himself to look away. In the single moment of weakness by The Immortal lord, her nature had taken hold of his heart, and he was smitten with her image. His legend became one with hers, in the most simple, and yet most beautiful things of the Multiverse; Love.
She was not love, however, but Misery. Misery would not consign to end the legend there, no, she would not stand for it, such would it end in the most tragic of ways; Loss. In his castle, upon his throne, she ripped what remained of his heart out, and devoured it, and left him to die upon his throne. This is the true story of his demise, one known only to the most ancient of beings.
Prerequisites: Very specific circumstances, You must give your all to one being of which you would gladly trade your life for, for one you would give anything, for one you would fight the world for, the one who is the centre of your life. And from them, be hurt or rejected in such a way that you could never forgive, that you despise their very existence. Then you must kill them, and devour all of which you can. In this way, they will no longer exist, their soul is no more, and you, you have become something more.
Your heart no longer holds forgiveness, nor does it hold empathy, nor compassion, nor mercy no longer. You become immune to any mind affecting effect, and you gain the following ability; When you manage to wound someone, you may choose to inflict a special kind of wound. Any creature that you wound in this way is cursed with the disgust of the ones they love most; the first time that your victim interacts with a given creature that would be defined as a Close Friend or Intimate, that creature must make a Will save or have their attitude towards the victim changed to Hostile, as they inherently hate the creature affected. Any being that dies after they have been afflicted by this curse, are raised as Spectres under your control.

Lord over Fields of Broken Bone
Prerequisites: Broken Bodies Made Walkways
The Akastarepti's kingdom is a kingdom of ruins. In areas of destruction, his sway is strongest. His citadels built on the bones of his foes, and when in his domain, the Akastarepti gains power.
You gain power in areas of devastation. As a full round action, you gain five temporary hit points, and a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and AC for every 100 points of lethal damage dealt in the last 24 hours within a radius of 10 times your class level feet (damage dealt once the Field is created is added to the pool). This stacks a number of times equal to your charisma modifier. This persists as long as you are in the area your aura covers when you manifest this . Members of your court gain half the bonus when in this area (limited by their charisma modifiers). If anyone leaves, the bonus is lost, and is not regained if the area is re-entered. The bonus persists until no creatures are in the area, or you create another.
You may use this ability once per day, every further use inflicts a number of charisma burn equal to the number of times previously that day you used the ability (so 1 for the second, 2 for the third, 3 for the fourth, etc). If your charisma falls below 12, you may not use this ability. While in your domain, you may take a full round action to make an intimidate check to demoralize all foes with line of sight to you in your domain, but a single foe cannot be effected more than once per day with this ability. Foes immune to fear can still be intimidated, but you subtract their HD from your check result against all foes if you want to be able to break immunity (in case of multiple, use the highest HD one).
Once damage has been used to fuel one Field, it counts as being removed, and cannot be used to power another field.

Advanced:
My Servants Bring My Wrath: Your court is the closest you allow near to you, and as such, they possess a fraction of your power. Each of your court gains this Mythos for free, but gain the same bonus for every 200 damage dealt.
The World Shakes at my Coming: Whenever the Field is made, the Akastarepti can chose to have it move with himself, though the pool loses 30 damage every 10 minutes past the beginning, and it does not absorb damage that was dealt not in the Field, besides the starting area.
My Kingdom Shall Last 1000 Years: You may spend one hour to create a Field of Broken Bone permanently, it covers an area equal too the 10 times your class level times your charisma modifier. This persists if you create another Field, though no more than one Kingdom can be in existence at a time for a single Akastarepti. The bonuses granted by the domain are equal to the amount of damage dealt within the past 24 hours of the domain's creation, though all damage dealt once the domain is established is added to the pool. Every 24 hours, subtract 100 damage from the pool, at this time, the domain extends 10 more feet in all directions, adding the damage dealt within the past 24 hours there too the pool. The pool cannot extend more than the Akastarepti's class level+charisma modifier miles from the starting point.
The temporary HP granted by the domain are refreshed every 24 hours as the domain expands, and do not carry over.
If the pool runs out of damage, and no damage is dealt within the domain for the Akastarepti's class level+charisma modifier hours, the Kingdom collapses, and the Akastarepti takes charisma burn equal to the original damage the pool had divided by 100, and cannot make a new Kingdom until this damage is healed.
In addition, any foe of under half the Akastarepti's HD is shaken as long as they are in the Kingdom. Those with over half the Akastarepti's HD are allowed a will save to negate it, while those with greater than or equal too are unaffected.

Exalted Mythos

Magic-Soul Devouring Hunger
As the Bloody Ruler grew in his power, fewer and fewer beings on the Material plane could even give him the slightest pause, until he found the Most powerful Coven of Archmages. Never before had he seen such power in a single being, he knew he had to have the power for himself, but he could not harness it, he could not utilize it in the capacity they could. So he decided that none should have it if he could not. In a year long rampage of absolute destruction and Chaos that would make the Monster itself salivate, The Bloody Ruler slaughtered any magic wielder, anyone capable of magic was devoured, and he reveled in his destruction. But the pure Magic within his stomach refused to go quietly, and changed him into something terrible.
Prerequisite: Must have devoured one hundred magic users. (Having eaten at least 100), Bow before the coming Destroyer
The Sheer magic oozes from your body, affording you something few others can testify to; no fear of magic. When you would be affected by any form of magic, you may make a save with your highest save, even if it does not have a save. If you succeed in the save, the magic cannot affect you. The Save DC is equal to what it would be normally if it had one.
Your body also develops the ability to end legends with it's own, subsuming them into it's legend, and becoming something greater. Whenever you kill any other creature, you may choose to devour it's soul. This allows you to gain whatever unspent Mythos points they would have. This also prevents any resurrection, or "respawning", such as a Liches' Phylactery, any attempt simply fails.

Primal Ruler of the Nations.
As you approach the Apex of your power, your natural leadership increases to such a point your Armies become powerful just by being under your banner, to such a point it becomes unfair to other rulers and kings.
Prerequisite: Capitulation of the Virgin Sacrifice
Every one of your followers gains a bonus level, this is in all respects a level, but does not count as one. Furthermore, they can gain PC classes without counting as any level higher, gain the elite array for ability scores, and can react instantly to your thoughts, allowing you to command armies halfway across the plane. You gain Dominate Monster as an (Ex) At will spell. This also functions as a safeguard for you, as any being that's a follower of yours cannot be swayed from your cause, and if you are somehow killed, you may be resurrected even if your soul is trapped in a 7 hour ritual, which must be preformed by one of your followers or a member of your court. This requires an opposed charisma check, against the one who imprisoned the Akastarepti. Any participants in the ritual may use aid another to assist.

Nuclear Holocaust Breath
In the apex of the Bloody ruler's kingdom, his voice could sway the hardiest soul, and his breath devoured nations. Let us see if you can compete
Prerequisite: Noxious life killing breath
Your breath weapon damage becomes untyped, increases to double of what it used to be, and may be used at will. It also becomes a vast line, which is 50ft wide, and (Akastarepti level x10ft) long. You may also sacrifice length for width, at a 1:1 ratio.

Alright, good to see this finally posted. First though, a question: What is that... thing under Dr. Doom? That's new. :smallconfused:

Tyrannical Truth
I still think half your class level would be more appropriate. Twisted Torn Tongue is still pretty cool.

Silence Forever the Voices of the Innocent
What's the range on this? Why do you start at Cowering? Why not a bit lower considering the range?

Memories of Foolish Naysayers
Must you also meet the prerequisites of the feat?

Armor Worthy of a King
Since it's DR/-, I would make that an advanced manifestation. That's pretty strong, considering the ability to increase their Constitution.

Body-Rending Speed
Considering the per encounter limit, it MIGHT be fine if you get two turns, but I'm really not sure about that.

Harrowing Terror Claws
I still say you shouldn't have the damage equal their level, that's crazy. I mean really man. Some fraction will be way more reasonable.

Noxious Life-Killing Breath
Seems fine, if a bit early.

I Am My Own Master
Adding that qualify simply allows the DM to say "No" when you try to end it. I'm not saying every DM will do this, but there is the possibility. I'd go with allowing them to reroll the save.

Sorcerous Initiation
Do you have another way of approaching this? I understand that you want to give them some kind of power over magic, but simply giving them invocations and spells doesn't seem like the right way to go about it.

Words Like Vipers
This is an issue I'm seeing with your other Mythos too: Be sure to include save DCs for all abilities that require them.

[Ability]Mastery of the Bloody Ruler
It's fine I guess, though I'm not sure about the scaling. Having to purchase it that many times seems unnecessary. Maybe have the bonuses increase based on certain factors?

Immunity-Rending Talons
Maybe piercing varying levels of Damage Reduction would be nice, but ignoring Regeneration entirely is too much.

Natural Unfailing Instinct
This seems like an ability better suited to a limited number of times per encounter, or one that requires an activation that only lasts so long.

Constraint-Ignoring Might
Eeeeeh. Not sure. It requires a Legendary Mythos, but I don't know.

Inhuman Charismatic Talent
A flat +10 increase to a DC as early as 1st level? That's too good. Also, try not to use fixes in your homebrew. Not everyone will want to use them. Build your stuff with the vanilla rules in mind.

More will come later.

I think that might be Nyarlathotep in his mask of The Black Pharaoh

I rather like it. There are a few Mythos whose names aren't quite as fantastical as those of the other Mythos classes, though. Also, it's a little... sparse... on class features. I don't think its Mythos set it so much higher than the Teramach, Bellator, or Olethrofex that removing non-Mythos class features is necessary (I still don't know why the Kathodos has none). Also, considering the giant monsters you've associated it with I think they should have a Mythos making them big. Not necessarily Godzilla-big, maybe tyrannosaurus big? (Tyrant Lizard King. It fits.)

Also, I like how monstrous the Akastarepti is. It is born from The Monster, looks like a monster, and its behavior is certainly monstrous.

Second part.

Broken Bodies Made Walkways
I like this one. It seems level appropriate, and thematically appropriate. And this part:

Worst yet was his throne, skulls woven with hair and sealed with blood, resting upon the still living brains of those he particularly hated.
Is SUPER awesome and REALLY brutal. You pissed him off so much he's using your still-living brains as a butt cushion? Yeeesh.

A Cacophony of Silent Screams
I still don't get how this one is particularly useful. Worse yet, I don't understand why only divine intervention can fix it.

A King's Coming Is Never Silent
This makes more sense to me now, though I can't see why a ritual would be required.

Cold-Hearted Monstrosity
All my issues with this are tied to other Mythos that I've already mentioned.

Infant-Murdering Tyrant
Is a save allowed? Can this damage be repaired? Why merely wounded? Is it meant to be more specific than that?

Scion of Destruction
O...kaaaaay. I'd go with half your level.

Dark Messiah
See my comments on the 'Sorcerous Initiation' mythos.

Enforced Apocrypha Belief
This can end encounters instantly by saying "Kill yourself." I would recommend you at least take out the suicide part.

Burning Crown Upon Scaled Brow
Leadership... Myeeeeeh.

Ruthless Sultan
I don't understand why it's called that. I still think you should be continue attacking by attacking adjacent allies.

Diamond Crown Tyranny
I like this, but I feel like 7 might be too many. Maybe... how big is a court... three?

To be honest? I thought Broken Bodies Made Pathways would be like a trample or difficult terrain-immunity thing; dead people make great platforms on lava, after all :smallwink:.

I LOVE the concept of this class, I really do. But I feel like there's alot of issues with it at the moment. To name a few, alot of the mythoses seem kinda sub-par to me, some of them seem wildly powerful or simply very weak. They just don't really seem like properly fleshed out mythoses at the moment. The class also seems to be short some class abilities, as compared to other Mythos classes.

I love the concept shadowfirelance, and I think you should make progress with this idea. I think it needs alot of polish and personally i'd say it might make more sense to move away from Leadership and actually controlling minions. That seems to be the domain of the actual Mythos King/Leader/Warlord or suchwhat class. A Tyrant doesn't have loyal followers, he is simply very good at getting his way, and making sure people stay out of his way. I'd say the Tyrant Mythos abilities should probably be more about domination/fear/intimidation effects, rather than leadership/minion recruiting.

So far I have an issue with most names : aren't mythos classes supposed to be working for both heroes and villains? So far most of those names are pretty villainy, and not really heroic.

[A]ren't mythos classes supposed to be working for both heroes and villains?
Not necessarily. The names don't really matter, it's all in how you use the Mythos. I mean... you HAVE read the Monster's mythos haven't you? Dismembering Gorebeast Fury? Screaming Meatshield? Hero-Sundering Hands? Those don't sound particularly heroic either, but you can use them towards heroic ends.
