List of creatures by environment?

I'm playing 3.5 for the first time, and have a Horizon Walker, with +1 bonuses against forest or hills creatures.

What I don't have is a 3.5 Monster Manual.

Does anybody have a list of forest creatures, or a list of hills creatures, or even a list of creatures that includes environment?

Check out d20srd.org (http://www.d20srd.org/). It has much of the core content, including almost all the monsters in the manual. It also has a handy monster filter (http://www.d20srd.org/extras/d20monsterfilter/) where you can filter monsters by size, type, subtype, climate, terrain, plane, CR, and alignment.
