Go to "Settings" in the top right hand corner of the page, then click "General Settings". Scroll all the way to the last three settings to specify if you want a pre-made avatars, or to use a url to input your own.

Is there a reason for this recent rise of "I can't figure out how to change my avatar"-threads? :smallconfused:

I haven't really seen much before - but right now we have 3 on the first half of the first page. And that does not even include the Sticky on top.

(Though to be fair the "Picture (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?358026-Picture)"-thread has a imo pretty bad title.)
