Wondering how I would build this dragon would love for some input :)

Hey guys, so I want to design a dragon for my DnD campaign, and I am inspired by an MTG card, Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund here is a picture for reference.

I have had a few idea from some friends some saying green or red. Just want to know what others think.
