Will this spell combination work???

I am playing a drow female cleric of Lolth. I want to use the spells in this order. Curse of the brute, Yochols Blessing, and then fuse arms. Now with this all together it should make a warrior pretty dominating but, are they still allowed to use their weapons with the spell or do they have to use bare hands???

Yes, it should work.

From my reading, the attack using the tentacles are a full round action that can't be combined with any other attack. So you can use the tentacles, or you can attack using your regular attacks.
