Mobile Site Avatars

I've made some changes to the mobile site avatars to improve their image quality. These changes are not the specially designed avatars promised after the forum upgrade, but are an interim measure until the specially designed avatars can be created. File size has increased slightly, but image quality should be much better.

I don't really use the mobile version, but just checked it out - and yes the images look much better!
