Given their similar height and general proportions I was wondering if Belkar ansd Chalie Brown could be twins seperated at birth?

This is indeed a posibility. However if this is so, then Charlie Brown is Elan to Belkar's Nale.

It is entirely possible Charlie brown took levels in Druid or Ranger like his brother, as shown by his animal compaion (Awakened Beagle).
