Epic level Master Transmogrifist

I am running an arena with some of my friends. I wouldnt call it a campaign, but more of a trial by fire for all their old characters or new character concepts.

Anyways one of my gladiators is going to be an Epic level Master Transmogrifist, probably level 25 or so.

This opens up a whole new catagory of creatures to transmog into. I will have the outsider subtype, so those are open too. I am new to the polymorph spell and the creatures that hold the most potential, but I am even newer to creatures with 20+ HD.

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some monsters I could look at, and keep in mind I can mix and match some extraordinary attacks and such. Thanks for your time.

You want to use Persistent Spell with Shapechange via one of the many alternate cost methods (Naenhoon Illumian, Incantatrix, Spelldancer, etc.). Take a look at this list (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?PHPSESSID=bm1stvc0jlvndgrv5imc7cack0&topic=3689.0) for abilities you can gain via that spell.

At level 25, you probably want to make him something like Wizard X/ Full Casting PrCs Y/ Master Transmogrifist 10/ Warshaper 1, where X+Y=14. That gets Wizard 20 spellcasting and has 9th level spells by 20th level so he can get Epic Spellcasting at level 21 and do broken stuff (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?353655-Permanent-epic-spells#11).
