Is it possible, to be in two stances at the same time?

Not without at least a class feature... the warblades level 20 class ability. There might a feat or a class feature in another ToB class, but thats about it.

There's the Warblade capstone, and the (grossly inferior, but for the fact that you can get it pre-20) Master of Nine feature, but that's pretty much it, yeah. Some other classes let you convert a stance into a class-specific "pseudo-stance" (see e.g. the Jade Phoenix Mage), but none of the others give you two at once.

I want to say that master of 9 can do so in a more limited way? Rounds per day or something?

Yes, the base class Warblade can do that as their capstone ability.

If you have TOB, you can find the details in the Warblade class description. Also of note, check the levels at which the Warblade automatically gets stances, then check what levels of stances aren't available at those levels...so it might be worth taking the Martial Study/Stance feats to pair up the nicer ones if you're going all Warblade.

Deepstone Sentinel can be in a stance plus the class-specific stance at the same time, so that sorta counts.

Ooh, good call there. Yeah, initially Mountain Fortress Stance replaces a stance, but later (DS 3) you can gain a second stance while in Mountain Fortress. Which would be awesome, if it weren't for the horrible mobility limitation on Mountain Fortress Stance.

The Master of Nine allows you to use two stances at once, for a maximum of 2xMo9 level rounds/day, and the stances have to be from different disciplines.

Warblade 20 lets you use two stances at once indefinitely, from any discipline.

If you are using the Unofficial Errata, the ability is the same, but the wording is a little clearer:

Page 119 - Dual Stance Class Feature [Revision]
Replace the text of the Dual Stance class feature with "Starting at 2nd level, you can be in two stances simultaneously. While in any stance, you may enter another stance as normal. If the second stance is from a different discipline than the first, you can choose to maintain both stances instead of ending the first stance. You can use this ability to gain the benefits of two stances for a maximum of 2 rounds per class level each day, split up as you desire among multiple uses and multiple stance pairs."

Unofficial Errata? Where is that?

It was originally developed in the Brilliant Gameologist Forums, but they migrated to the Minmaxboards.

More specifically, it's over here (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=335.0).
