as title. like if i used touchsight empowered is the range now 90ft?

or energy burst does it go from 40ft to 60ft?

Range is not actually variable. (Okay, it varies with your caster level, but for caster level X, spell X will always have range X - it's not actually random.)

Enlarge is the one that changes range.
