Could swear I saw + ability gear thats alot cheaper then normal but only brings your ability to max 10 but cant remember what those were called. Anyone that knows? :)

Might be that its homebrew I saw on some online magic item list.

I doubt this is what you're looking for, but in the Arms and Equipment Guide there are Cursed +6 Enhancement items for really cheap that each give +6 to their stat until a certain trigger is activated, at which point they give penalties. If you're clever about your character type, you could use them forever without hitting the trigger.

nope sadly not those, were nothing negative with them except that you could only use them to boost a stat up to 10. :)

I was sort of suggesting those as an alternative to this thing, since I'm not sure they exist outside of Homebrew. There's the Gauntlets of Kobold Power, which set your Strength score to 8 if memory serves.

Why do you want these items? Is the difference between having a -2 or a 0 so great in a presumably dump stat so great?

Dumped my CHA to 4 and would be nice to get it to 10 cheaply since I might take leadership feat next feat I get. :)
