Turning something from outsider to native outsider?

If 3.5 content is allowed Unearthed Arcana has Spelltouched feats, one of which makes you extraplanar.

"Naturalized Denizen" is the spelltouched feat. You can find it here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/spelltouchedFeats.htm). It actually takes away the Extraplanar subtype. Interestingly it doesn't actually grant the Native subtype; so if for some reason you need the Native subtype it won't help. But if you're just looking to not be subject to banishment, it should be fine for you.
