Bloodline increases. . .

Basically, as I understand it, Bloodline levels increase your effective level for level dependent abilities (CL/ML/IL) or a paladins Lay on Hands. Does this increase in effective level affect the Monks unarmed atk, speed, and armor bonus? They are obviously level dependent, but I can't really decide if it is actually the same thing in this case. Thoughts? (And please no thoughts on using Unarmed SS instead of monk, this isn't about a character build or optimizing him. It's just about the bloodlines and the UA/Spd/AC.

No. It doesn't add to your level for purposes of abilities that improve at certain levels, such as most Monk abilities or an Animal Companion's benefits. It only adds to your level when your class level is added to something, such as Smite Evil or Death Attack DC.
