As above - I'm not looking at classes that grant a specific feat at level one, but that have some sort of bonus feat (like fighter).

Are we counting PrCs here?

Fighter, Half-Elf Paragon, Monk, Psychic Warrior, Rogue (with the Fighter feat variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#rogue)), and Wizard (with the Fighter feat variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#wizard)) all grant bonus feats at level 1, with varying degrees of choice in what feat you can select. Clerics can also get Domain feats by trading away their domain access.

Yeah I suppose prc's count. I'm looking for a list of flexible classes for dips, if people really could use an extra feat. Especially things that couldn't be duplicated by taking fighter.

One of the Loremaster secrets is just any feat you qualify for. The Skill Focus feat requirement to get in to the class can be bought with the Frog God's Fane location from Complete Scoundrel. So +1 Feat dip for casters.

Depending on your cheese tolerance, Dark Chaos Shuffling (4900gp for both spells) can turn any feat into any other feat... cheesy but....

Monk 1 grants a bonus feat from a limited list, the list can be expanded somewhat with ACFs
Cleric 1: domains grant a variety of bonus feats as their powers.
Generic Warrior 1: grants bonus feat that can be spent on any feat
Generic Expert 1: ibid
Psion 1
Erudite 1
Soulbow 1

not quite first level but very useful: Chamaleon 2

Cleric could count with various domains giving bonus feats and devotion feat swap

What about the generic classes? If they are an option, a dip in generic warrior is always useful.

Ardent with their mantles
Cleric when domain feats are used (different than a feat from a domain power)

If you've got the Evil subtype or are undead, you take no penalties at all for taint, and getting that high enough can get you up to two free feats. Fun fact: per RAW, if you can figure out a way to get the [Evil] subtype without being an outsider, you don't even have to deal with the "effective corruption and depravity" scores that undead and evil outsiders have, which a stricter DM could use to nerf you slightly.
