In celebration of July 4th, I wanted to create a character for the level 3 pathfinder campaign i'm in. He's only going to last for the session tomorrow but I am trying to make him as Patriotic as humanly possible. He is a Human Wizard i call The America-mancer. Now this is all fine and dandy, but I have very few ideas about how to go about this. For some of the spells he'll know I can go with summon monster 1 or 2 to create eagles. His Color Sprays would be Red, White, and Blue. I can also use Ghost Sound to recreate the Pledge of Allegiance/ National Anthem. Finally, Alter Self could change my appearance to something very patriotic.

What spells/feats/items could I add to this guy to further fulfill his gimmicky role?

No eagle's spledor? It's like you're not even trying.

Shame it's limited to level 3, so much fun you would need that's available for higher level.

Like:
You need a magical shield that can be thrown.
Pick up a Robe of Stars, so you can give out justice with some Star-Spangled glory.

Seconding the need for Eagle's Splendour though.

Fire. Fire everywhere.

Snapdragon Fireworks could be of use, you know "rocket's red flare" and whatnot. Commune with Birds, for making Eagle allies. Eagle's Splendor, as already mentioned. Depends also on how much leeway your DM is giving you to apply thematic effects to your spells.

Get the Standard of Valor (1400 gp from MIC). Fluff it as the stars and stripes. Either wear it on your shoulders as a mantle, or affixed to a long spear as a full on flag. Waving it at the start of combat to inspire your allies

Be a bard and fluff all your songs to be by Toby Keith or something. I second the banner idea, though. Make the ranks in perform you have Perform (Patriotic Rant).

I also agree with Eagle's Splendor. You just can't 'Murica properly without it.

You should also consider FREEDOM of Movement, for 20% more 'Murica.

Put ranks in Craft (Apple Pie). Carry around a spear with the flag tied to it, so you can make sure that America is in everyone's heart.

I know you want your color sprays, but I have a different image.

Human. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/core-races/human) Druid. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid) Pack Lord. Grab an eagle at every level. By 5, you'll have 5 eagles. 4 of them will function at full power, and one of them will be a 1st level. Wild Shape into an eagle.

EAGLES! AWAY!

Personally, I would have envisioned this guy as a Paladin of FREEDOM.
http://s5.goodfon.su/wallpaper/previews-middle/379119.jpg
Or a Cleric with the domains Liberation (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains/liberation-domain) (for Freedom of Movement) and feather (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains/animal-domain) (Animal Companion).

His spellbook has a copy of the Declaration of Independence and a map of the US on the cover. He memorizes it every day even though he doesn't have to. The constitution is probably also in there somewhere.

He could be dressed like Uncle Sam, complete with hat and beard.

An electric guitar could help, as could ranks in Perform(Rock).

Trait could be Freedom Fighter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/regional-traits/andoren-freedom-fighter-regional-andoran).

He could take the False Focus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/false-focus) feat and wave around a 100gp American flag as a Divine Focus to cast spells. We could also fluff it as a red, white, and blue guitar. Or we could use a Holy Symbol Tattoo of something american (like an American flag, George Washington's face, or a red/white/blue eagle). It could also be a tiny green figurine of a robed woman holding a pointed crown, torch, and book (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d3/Statue_of_Liberty,_NY.jpg).

He could spam Ghost Sounds to create patriotic music for most of the session.

If he has a horse, it's painted red, white, and blue (and has america-themed barding too). Same goes for any mode of transportation. Also, any horse, cart, or wagon would be decorated with tiny american flags.

All his gold pieces are marked very strangely:

He speaks exactly one language: American. Thankfully, "American" seems to be very closely related to Common. Attempts to speak languages he doesn't understand will lead to him speaking louder, more slowly, but still exclusively in American.

Shame about the level thing. Wings of Cover and Wings of Flurry refluffed as eagle wings would be perfect.

Snapdragon Fireworks could be of use, you know "rocket's red flare" and whatnot.

Actually, the rockets mentioned in the national anthem were Congreve rockets used by the British to bombard an American fortification. The Sharps rifle is a better classic American weapon.

It's a Pathfinder spell.

Pick up a hat of disguise.
Alter. Self. At. Will.
At the beginning of each round say the name of a famous american hero- then become that man/woman. Cycle through 2+ centuries of American History with visual aids for those around you.

Put max ranks in Knowledge (American History), with a masterwork tool (pocketbook constitution of the USA).

Next time your character faces a difficult decision, rather than rolling a percentile die, purchase two warbeast mounts. One should be a donkey and the other, an elephant. Make the two creatures fight each other to the DEATH regardless of the costs or irrelevancy to the problem at hand. If the donkey wins, do what the rest of your party wants. If the elephant wins, do what your deity tells you to do (make sure to have a chaotic deity).

Didn't Yankee Doodle ride a pony?

I know this post was from yesterday, and I totally missed it, but I HAD to add my 3 cents!

Absolutely no expeditious retreat. Cuz 'Merica!
