I just found those two classes, they're both fun and powerful so i decided to build upon them.
The problem is that while i got the general outline for both of them, there are some parts with which i need help:

1) Any way to get intimidate as a class skill for a sorcerer?

2) Dreadful Wrath, Invisible Spell, Fell Frighten, Practiced Spellcaster , rapid metamagic (if anyone has a better suggestions)

3) The most problematic thing, which spell should i chose? since being a sorcerer let's you cast more spells but also you have to choose them carefully.

Checking Alternative Ways To Get New Class Skills (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=6832.0), you can get Intimidate via Martial Study in Tome of Battle. If you take this at 1st level you'll have an initiator level of zero (since it rounds down) and won't be able to get a maneuver, but you'll still have Intimidate as a class skill for every level you ever take.

An alternative to that would be to get Able Learner in Races of Destiny so cross-class ranks only cost you one skill point, and gain Intimidate as a class skill when you pick up Dread Witch at 5th level. From then on your maximum possible number of ranks will be that of a class-skill, and it will still only cost one skill point per rank for any class. You could also just put a decent stat on Int and suffer buying cross-class ranks until it's a class skill, if you want to save yourself a feat.

Your feats look good. If you have the Dragonblood subtype such as from a Silverbrow Human in Dragon Magic you can get Practical Metamagic in Races of the Dragon. Residual Magic in CM is also a decent choice if using a lot of metamagic.

Use the Ancestral Relic Runestaff (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?267805-Sorcerer-Handbook#4) trick to not worry so much about your spells known. You'll have to be good aligned to get Ancestral Relic, but forcing opponents to run away instead of killing them is fitting for a good aligned character.

So he house ruled it? Because it works fine according to the rules. Does your group make a collective decision on house rules, or does the DM just get to say that certain game mechanics don't work as printed if he doesn't like them?

Have you looked at the Fear Handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=3809)? It has some good spell ideas. For Fell Frighten you'll want three spells: Sonic snap is your bread and butter with no save and no attack roll. Acid splash is for dealing with things with SR. And Kelgore's grave mist is for applying it to multiple enemies.

It might not be a bad idea to get your party cold resistance so they can fight in the area of Kelgore's grave mist.

Or, y'know, he could have said "That's too high-powered for this game; please don't do things like that."

It have really cool stuff to build a fear-based assasin e.e

Also when you get Phantasm Killer as spell, take this feat if you knwo your DM uses constant divination spells: http://dndtools.eu/feats/unearthed-arcana--90/live-my-nightmare--1782/
