Goliath greathammer

So Im making a goliath barbarian as a enemy for my group
and when checking stats on goliath greathammer I found
two different pages with different stats, one site stated
it is 19-20 *4, the other site 20 *4. Which one is the
correct stat? :)

You're getting your Greathammers mixed up. The Greathorn Minotaur Greathammer in Monster Manual IV has 19-20/x4, the Goliath Greathammer in Races of Stone is just 20/x4.

Oh and what is the best enchants for blunt weapons, usually use slashing weapons so not
sure whats best for blunt damage weapons :)

The Impact property is identical to Keen but works with bludgeoning weapons.

This character would probably benefit from the Brutal Surge property in MIC.

The spell Greater Mighty Wallop in Races of the Dragon makes a bludgeoning weapon deal damage as though it were larger, up to colossal. It lasts an hour/level and you can use a Lesser Metamagic Rod of Extend with it.
