While I'm not sure if this warrants an actual fix, I figure it should at least be documented; a quick search shows no other threads on the topic and no mention of this in the FAQ. When registering for an account here at GitP, you are required to "play" a small human-checking game. However, this uses a Javascript hosted on areyouahuman.com, as opposed to giantitp.com. If the Javascript is prevented from running (by, for example, the NoScript plugin for Firefox or a similar blocker), the registration will simply reset and give you a warning "PlayThru was not completed." At no point does the game pop up with a "script disabled" icon, it simply fails to appear; to successfully register, one has to enable scripts from areyouahuman.com. This is not evident, either from the error message or from any notification on the registration page, and prevents registration until solved.
