Speed boots

Been looking around but cant find what Im looking for. Does it exist
boots that gives constant haste effect on your character like the
boots in the baldurs gate games, or were such boots removed
when it came to 3.0 and 3.5? :)

They're not really constant, but the boots of speed (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#bootsofSpeed) fit your description somewhat.

The Baldur's Gate boots only increased your movement speed, so you woudl be looking for Boots of Striding and Springing.

Oh true that, but lets say you wanted to put constant haste effect on boots
what would be a good price then? 100k gold or smthn like that, since that
extra attack at full BaB would be quite awesome. :)

Well, from the custom magic item creation rules, CL 5 * spell level 3 * 8,000 for a continuous item off of a spell with rounds/level duration means 120,000 GP. So, that much.
