Legendary Handbook

So apparently there is something called the Legendary Handbook, and it has a bunch of stuff like colossal+ sizing(actually, that's all I know it contains) and I can't seem to find it with my google fu. Can anyone help me out?

I think you are referring to the epic level handbook. It contains Epic Creatures of Colossal + size and other rules for playing at epic levels.

There is also another pretty stupid handbook from 3.0 IIRC but it looks like you are looking for the aforementioned handbook.
