Best 3.5 paladin spells? He's playing a paladin and he's never been good with spells, so i'm trying to help him find the good and helpful paladin spells.

I'm partial to Divine Sacrifice and Divine Favor.

Protection from Evil is hard to beat too.

Divine sacrifice... that... just DAMN but that's COOL.

Divine sacrifice was always my favorite paladin spell. Used it nearly every encounter on my last paladin and used it well. Since it was a Halfling paladin on his mount, really only got a single attack a round anyway (ride-bys and all that). Another good one at third level is I think called Winged Mount. Can't be used for a while, but it makes a decent scroll to keep around.
