Okay, so when making magic items with multiple similar abilities the pricing is as follows.

100% price of most expensive ability+75% price of second most expensive ability+50% combined prices of any further abilities? And this only applies if the abilities normally don't take up a body slot, but how do you adjust if the abilities do normally take up a body slot? Such as combining two items that grant SLA's that both take the feet slot?

For magic items with multiple different abilities the pricing is as follows.
Full price on all abilities. If the abilities normally take up body slots it's 100% price of most expensive ability+150% combined price of all other abilities? What about if not all of the abilities normally take up body slots (such as combining the effects of an Ioun Stone with a body slot item?)

And finally, how would you guys price the following custom weapon?

Ember Celica -This fiery pair of +1 gauntlets transfer the kinetic energy of the wielder's strikes into explosive bursts. The Wielder can take a full attack action to use all of its unarmed strikes as if they were under the effect of a blood wind spell (except that this ability only works for the wielder's unarmed strikes). In addition, the wielder’s unarmed strikes deal additional fire damage equal to the wearer's charisma modifier. (min+1). This bonus damage also applies to touch attacks. A strike with Ember Celica is considered an unarmed attack. Both gauntlets have to be worn for them to have any effect, and when one is magically affected the other is affected in the exact same way. Only characters with Unarmed Strike (as the monk class feature) can wield Ember Celica.

Basically I'm trying to combine the effects of a Necklace of Natural Attacks (enhancing your unarmed strikes), Gauntlets of Hearfelt Blows, and a continuous bloodwind effect and slap that onto a Ward Cestus. The whole pair thing is just trying to emulate that you only need to pay for one natural weapon on a necklace of natural attacks to enhance both claws, or both wings, or all of your unarmed strikes, ect. You're paying once for both fists. Feel free to list both the price you think the guidelines would come up with and the price you'd personally charge for this item.
