So, the title says it all. I loved the Swiftblade PrC in 3.5, and want to port it over. It was so full of class features, though, that I feel it could be much better represented in PF by a full 20-level class. I don't have it fully charted, or even 100% written, but I wanted to put my initial thoughts up.
HD: d8, because the full-casters have d6s now.
Saves: Good Ref and Will, poor Fort.
BAB: 3/4 progression. This has always been a Gish, even if 3.5 builds would cheese 17+ BAB out of it.
Skills: 4+Int, though I might drop to 2. Acrobatics, Know (arc), and Spellcraft are definitely on the list
Casting: I intend to use a 6-level progression, on the Summoner model. Int-based this time, and will get Haste as an SLA. There will be a recharge mechanic for it by sacrificing spell slots. Going to be a limited list, focused on Transmutations. They are like Clerics, automatically knowing their list but needing to prepare.
Proficiencies: Simple/martial, light armor, and bucklers. Can cast in light armor and buckler without spell failure chance (and will NOT gain the ability to do so in Medium or Heavy).
Other features: Uncanny Dodge and Improved, enhanced speed and bonus to attack rolls, and the Haste goodies from the original PrC. Will also have a few bonus feats that can be used on more movement-oriented options.
Any thoughts so far? I'm composing the chart now, will be current in the next couple of days.
