So this is something I've been confused on, and looking at UA's domain wizard has made it worse. So:

1.

Like other spellcasters, a wizard can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day.
Her base daily spell allotment is given in the Advancement table below. In addition, she receives bonus spells per day if she has a high Intelligence score (see Table 1—1: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells, page 8).

Specialization allows a wizard to cast extra spells from her chosen school, but she then never learns to cast spells from some other schools. Essentially, the wizard gains exceptional mastery over a single school by neglecting the study of other schools.

A specialist wizard can prepare one additional spell of her specialty school per spell level each day. She also gains a +2 bonus on Spellcraft checks to learn the spells of her chosen school (see Adding Spells to a Wizard's Spellbook, page 178).

Would this mean that a level 2 Conjuration specialized wizard with 18 INT would have:
2 1st level spells, 1 bonus spell for 1st level, AND a bonus spell in Conjuration?

2.

A domain wizard prepares and casts spells like a normal wizard. However, a domain wizard gains one bonus spell per spell level, which must be filled with the spell from that level of the domain spell list (or with a lower-level domain spell that has been altered with a metamagic feat).

Does this bonus spell take up these bonus spell slots?

In addition, she receives bonus spells per day if she has a high Intelligence score (see Table 1—1: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells, page 8).

Yes. I would add clarification, but I don't see anything in particular to clarify. It all seems rather direct to me.

Does this bonus spell take up these bonus spell slots?
You have your regular slots, and your ability score slots, and your domain spell slots. Anything can go into the regular and ability score slots as long as it's on the wizard list at the pertinent level, and only the level specific domain spell can go into the domain slot. So, a 3rd level wizard with 18 intelligence, and conjuration as a domain, would have four 0th's, three 1st's, and two 2nd's, along with acid splash, mage armor, and web in slots that are unconnected to other slots. It's pretty much identical to specialization in that way, except you have a set of one spell to choose from for your bonus slots, instead of the whole school.

So a specialist wizard gets his class spells, his ability bonus spells, and his specialist spells.
And a domain wizard gets his class spells, his ability bonus spells, and his domain spells.

It makes sense. Was just reading about Domain wizards and how people talk of them having no downfalls, so just wanted to double check their abilities.

That about covers it, yeah. Domain wizard does have its downsides, like a lack of access to certain ACF's, like abrupt jaunt and rapid summoning (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm#conjurerVariants), as well as the ever divisive focused specialist, a lack of access to certain other things, like the prestige class master specialist or the feat cloudy conjuration (without a feat tax, anyway), and obviously, a lower level of versatility in bonus spells. It's all pretty minor though, and domain wizard is usually going to be the best option, especially if you have access to elven generalist substitution levels. That actually gets you more spells/day than a normal generalist, when combined with domain wizard, and grants some other nifty abilities to boot.
