Snowcasting + Withering Palm + Energy Admixture

If I have a caster using Snowcasting to give Withering Palm the Cold type, and then I add on Energy Admixture (with say [Fire] Substitution), it adds "an equal amount of the chosen type of energy to the spell's normal effects". Does this mean I do, say "15 points of Strength, 15 points of Constitution damage, 15 points of [Fire] Strength Damage, 15 points of [Fire] Constitution damage", or "15 points of Strength, 15 points of Consitution, 15 points of Fire damage".

Is it a) equal damage, with the admixtured type
or b) equal hitpoint damage with the admixtured type?

I haven't read the spell, but it seems to me it would be 15 strength ability damage, 15 constitution ability damage, and 30 fire hitpoint damage.

That is, if you let energy admixture apply to things involving ability damage at all. You shouldn't, to prevent things like a fireball dealing constitution damage.

HP Damage and Ability Damage are not the same thing. Energy Admixture would have no effect on the spell if it is not dealing HP Damage.
