Four Commoners vs. An Attic Whisperer?

I've been looking at the Attic Whisperer (http://paizo.com/PRD/additionalMonsters/atticWhisperer.html) and wondering if this would be feasible for a commoner campaign. Would this be a "tough but survivable" challenge for a small group of second-level commoners?

Er, no. It's an ECL appropriate encounter for a level 4 party of people with PC classes.

I would need more information about what the commoners would have. Assuming non-elite array and little gold, they would get completely wrecked because they couldn't even hit it's effectively 20 AC most of the time, and then it becomes 20 or bust when they get bitten and start taking penalties.

Depends how optimised the commoners are, or alternatively, how much the attic whisperer likes chickens... :smalltongue::smallwink:

Without Chicken-Infested houseruled into PF, probably not.
