Can I get a response?

I have sent the same PM with the same issue to four different moderators, plus one more just to complain that the first four ignored me.

He ignored me too.

Who do I need to sleep with to get a response? It wasn't an extraordinarily difficult issue, I just asked if I can restart a modified version of a closed thread.
