trying to find the build for punpun

That's the original build. The level 1 version is just a Kobold Paladin 1 summoning Pazuzu, since he gives more to paladins because he likes corrupting them. Then you use your wishes to go through a similar process.

Kobold Paladin 1 who can make a DC 25 Knowledge: The Planes check to summon Pazuzu for a wish. Get a LE Candle of Invocation, summon an Efreet, get three Wishes. Get three more LE Candles of Invocation (or two more and use the third wish to the Efreet's benefit to smooth things over), get infinite wishes, use infinite wishes to become Pun-Pun.
