My question is would using the feat Sacred Purification from PHII break the effects of the spell Sanctuary, and would it break the effects of the spell Invisibility. Thank you for any input you are willing to give.

Yes, using this feat produces an area attack that damages all undead near you, therefore as a direct attack it would drop both Sanctuary and invisibility.
