Four questions:

1) What is Focused Specialisation, and which sourcebook is it from?

And, these are basic, but I'm still trying to figure it out:

2) If I play a specialist wizard (say, Necromancer) and give up two schools (say, Evocation and Transmutation), what happens if I pick up a second spellcasting class with access to those schools? Sorceror or Cleric, even? Can I still have those spells on those lists? Or do I have to give up those as well?

3) Does Spell Focus (School) apply to Clerical spells as well?

4) Does the Evil domain's granted power (+1 Caster Level to Evil spells) apply to Arcane spells with the Evil descriptor?

Thank you!

1) You give up another school and 1 spell per level, to get 2 spells per level of your specialized school. Pretty much you give up 2(if diviner) or 3 (if anything else) schools to have a sorcerer's endurance (but not spontaneity)
2) The second class will grant you those spells
3) Yes
4) Yes

To the second part of question one:

It's an alternate class feature for wizards from Complete Mage
