Just wondering what you guys think of a barbarian rage remake that i have done, quick feedback is appriciated

Rage- A barbarian is able to throw caution to the wind in order to devastate his opponents. At the expense of 4 ac a barbarian gains 4 str, fast healing 2, a base land speed adjustment of +10 in addition all single weapon attacks deal 1.5 weapon damage and two handed weapons deal x2 weapon damage.
--A barbarian while raging is not able to make any intellectual thoughts, this includes using skills (except athletics and acrobat) Using items, spells, magic devices, opining a door, responding, thinking, avoiding traps.
--When a rage ends a barbarian becomes exausted, if he succeeds a (DC 20) fort save he becomes fatigued instead
-- A barbarian must always be targeting one or more enemies while raging and has to make his best effort to attack something while raging.
-- Rage last for a number of rounds equal to his barbarian class level + his con modifier
-- If something angers a charecter who has rage he must make a will save (DC 15) To avoid succombing to his rage, alternativly a charecter can "ride the wave"
--"Riding the wave" When a barbarian has to make a will save or rage he can instead ride the wave, when riding a wave all his focus is on the target that incited the rage. He gains a +2 ac vs that person and can avoid the normal stipulation of having to attack something per turn as long as he is constantly trying to kill that creature. Also killing the creature before his rage ends allows him to end it prematurly without suffering from exaustion effects.
-- at sixteenth level there is no limit to how many times a barbarian may rage

Fearsome rage- Enemies within 15 feet of a raging barbarian must make a will save = to 15 + con mod of the barbarian or become frightened, if they fail again next turn they become shaken

Also looking for a few other rage like abilities to add.
