Arm of Nyr

Do you guys think it would make sense to be able improve the deflection bonus granted by the Arm of Nyr

Back when I played 3.X, the Arm of Nyr was effectively a required item for melee characters, on par with Boots of Haste. I honestly don't even remember its exact bonuses, but to my recollection it provided a boost to Strength that stacked with everything.

There is no situation I can imagine in which such a valued item requires an upgrade.

But, I am speaking from basically ten-year-old memories. So if it does not actually provide such a critical boost, I would eat my hat.

Were I dm'ing the game, I would probably allow it at the same rate as a ring of deflection. I don't really see the harm in it.
