Looking for a minecraft white listed server

Can someone direct me to a nice, small, mature, white listed server. I love big servers and all but I watch mindcrack and yeah for a community that I can play a big game of survival minecraft. For that is the one thing I'm lacking in this game.
Also, always running servers are the best
