I have the feat "Reckless Rage"

And I also have three rage abilities (rage given by barbarian; frenzy given by frenzied berserker; battle fury given by berserk) does the rhetoric of reckless rage make me pick a rage to become more reckless? Or does it make all of my rages reckless? Or some other option I missed?
