So been thinking of a fun build using dragon compendiums savant class to get master of masks 10/savant 10/master of masks was wondering what people think since other then the bard and rogue as far as I know no other starting class gets perform class skill.

would like some input on optimizing the build routes ect. let me know!

And according to this unfinished handbook

Rogue, Monk and Bard are available. I don't any real experience with master of masks, unfortunately.

It's been years since I've touched the class, but I remember I used to be fond of it as an 8-level cap to [Whatever] 5/Chameleon 7, since that dipped the strongest abilities from both classes, finished Chameleon's casting advancement, and allowed a MoM build to piggyback off Chameleon's general competence in order to maintain its concept in a playable manner.

Factotums get Perform (along with every other possible class skill).

Person_Man used Master of Masks for his Haberdash the Masked (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?88633) build. There are probably some ideas in there you might be able to use, although Haberdash was primarily concerned with melee.
