Evaluating hombrew classes

This is a thread for evaluating homebrew classes, including some not from the Playground. The basic things that are looked for are Playability, Multiclass-potential, Suggested Tweaks and Edits, and Alternative Classes.

Feel free to post any class you want evaluated.

here are the ones I want looked at:

The Witch Doctor (http://dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Witch_Doctor_(3.5e_Class))

And this is my own attempt at hombrewing a class. The Vicious Savage. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?359637-3-5e-Class-The-Vicious-Savage-(P-E-A-C-H-)) It's unfinished, and probably unbalanced, but I really have no clue what to do with it. Apparently either no-one has actually seen it or they just don't feel like giving tips, but I need some help with it.
