Rolling against the fear effect when Merla crosses the threshold, though she doesn't really *need* to. Drama's sake, I guess.
Against the fear, with the cleric/wisdom bonuses and some such: [roll0]
And the second roll, since halflings have Advantage versus fear effects: [roll1]

Propagandist, don't forget that you're rolling an extra 1d4 on saves, due to the current Bless spell! It wouldn't have helped with your previous roll since it was too low, but you've got a small bonus for the future. Merla doesn't get this though, since she targeted the other three with the spell.

Also, the damage for Sacred Flame, if the robed man somehow fails his Dexterity save: [roll2]
