Trying to track down the source of a 3rd party race

I've recently been looking my notes of some NPCs from a campaign I started working on several years ago (and never actually got round to running), and came across one character whose race is listed as Pure Elf. I dimly recall this being moderately powerful (LA+1 or +2 I think) elven subrace, possibly meant to be subrace of elves closer to their original power in the early days of the race, but I've absolutely no idea which sourcebook this races comes from (and have had no luck finding it referenced anywhere on Google).


Any ideas of where I might find it?
