Wondering if this,

SHADOW BLADE
In the course of your training in the Shadow Hand discipline,
you learn to use your natural agility and speed to augmentyour attacks with certain weapons.
Prerequisite:
One Shadow Hand stance.
Benefit:
While you are in a Shadow Hand stance andattack with one of the discipline’s preferred weapons, you
can add your Dexterity modifier as a bonus on melee damage
for attacks made with the weapon

and this,

Replaces: By selecting the hit-and-run alternative class
feature, you give up profi ciency with heavy armor and tower
shields, even if you already have those profi ciencies from
another class. You can’t gain either of these profi ciencies by
multiclassing later, but you can gain them by selecting the
appropriate feats.
Benefi t: At 1st level, you gain a +2 bonus on initiative
checks.
In addition, when attacking a fl at-footed opponent within
30 feet, you can add your Dexterity bonus (if any) as a competence
bonus on weapon damage rolls.

Stack.

Thanks in advance!
