Reserve feats as items

So I really like Reserve feats and I was wondering if it's possible to have them as a magic items. Kinda like a Rod or something? I was imagining where they'd provide the abilities as long as your holding them and/or using them as a focus.

In the 3.0 A+EG, there is the ability to make items out of bonus feats - pg129, costing 10,000+5-to-10,000 for each prerequisite.

It's a poor mechanic to judge off, otherwise Epic Spellcasting could theoretically could be achieveable. Anyway, 20,000gp to give your character a reserve feat is fairly decent, especially if it's held.

it definitely would, it'd leave my feats open for more important stuff and I'm most likely gonna have plenty of cash to make them
