Could a Warblade somehow wield, say... a manople, to full effect?

What about dual wielding manoples? AC bonus from each?

Lastly, what say the character somehow gained a second set of fully functional arms and a second pair of manoples?

What are the stats on a manople, and what source is it from? My google-fu is failing me.

I don't think manoples have stats in D&D. They'd probably be exotic one-handed weapons if they had stats, so another set of them would give you access to Multiweapon Fighting. Or do you want us to homebrew something?

Manople 1d6 19–20/×2 — 1 lb. Slashing or piercing

Pg 97, Sandstorm

Manople: Resembling a sai with blades, a manople is actually a gauntlet worn over your hand. Since it is worn this way, however, you cannot carry anything else in that hand, nor can you use it to cast spells or use skills. A manople gives you a +1 shield bonus to AC. Unlike with a spiked shield, you retain this bonus to AC even on a round in which you make an attack with the manople. If you lack the appropriate Exotic Weapon Profi ciency feat, you do not retain the shield bonus to AC, as you would with a spiked shield. A manople has no armor check penalty and a 5% arcane spell failure chance. Like a spiked shield, a manople can be enhanced as a weapon, as a shield, or both, but such enhancements must be paid for and applied separately. An opponent cannot use a disarm action to disarm you of this weapon. The cost and weight given are for a single manople.

Ok, with that in mind...

Sure, with Exotic Weapon Proficiency.

What about dual wielding manoples? AC bonus from each?

Nope, shield bonuses don't stack.

Lastly, what say the character somehow gained a second set of fully functional arms and a second pair of manoples?

Multiweapon fighting and the related feats.

Pretty much what I thought, was hopeful on the AC part though.

Any other, potentially cheesy, weapon choices for a four armed goliath melee specialist?

Multiweapon Fighting is rather neat and has great synergizy with Combat Rhythm. Other than that, you can use Fuse Arms to get an untyped bonus to Strength or use your extra arms (with MWF) for some strange weapons, such as nets and spiked shields. Nets require EWP, but they're touch attacks, so you can just use them with a -4 to hit.

If you have more than two arms, than as per savage species, you can get weapons designed for more than two hands that give a +.5STR for each extra hand (so a 3-handed weapon has a x2 STR modifier, five handed is x3). So a custom greatsword is probably one of the better weapons.

Guhhhh..!
Multi-handed weapon. That's just beautiful.

I'm working on, for the giggles, a gestalt 7th level voidmind goliath, touched by the hells. Diabolic fighter 1, legionnaire gives a second set of arms. If I pick up 2(?) levels of totemist I can get him Girallon Arms. Girallon's Blessing, Persisted somehow, for a grand total of 8 arms?

EWP greathammer customized for 8 hands = 3d6+(str•4.5).
