I know I've seen something like that in the past, thoughts about the format and what sorts of rules need some tweaking to fit in the format, especially WRT to running on GITP (before the latest bout of changes/updates to the forums).
Currently the closest thing I've been able to dig up is one for running 4e games (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?192975-DMing-4e-PbP-Games-A-Guide), which has some good general advice in it, true, but I still suspect there's some 3.X/PF things that need to be considered differently for PbP that I may not have gotten around to examining under the light of PbP versus running in real time/in person.
So... Anything you find helps streamline play? Any traps you fell into or saw your DM falling into during your explorations of PbP?
