One of my favorite disney villains has been facilier so I decided to stat him:
NE male human witch (shadow patron) 15/ oracle 5 (juju mystery)
I am planning to give him some unique traits and make him not have a familiar and instead have 5 shadows as cohorts, he will have extremely high charisma and int. he will also have a magic item that allows him to polymorph himself into anything as long as he has its blood in the amulet
