Alright so those of you who grew up with Power Rangers/ Kamen Rider know what I'd like to see here give me a team of adventerers, 4 perferably, although more isn't a problem. that work together fight evil/good. the sources are any 3.5 no third party no dragon. perferably with build stubs and notes about abilities instead of full breakdowns as it is a lot of info. Thanks in advance. Bonus points if you can get them to do a full party super move.

Pity you're not interested in third party. There's some fantastic homebrew (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?264677-Let-s-make-this-showy!-%283-P-repost-Sentai-Base-Class-Archetypes%29) in the forums here.

Part of the challenge of Sentai is synchronizing the team's attacks. It's not easy. (Maybe the Cooperative Spell feat?)

Doing a tokusatsu-style solo-hero (a la Kamen Rider) is much easier. But given that part of what defines him is his awesome cycle, Kamen Rider is a bit tricky to accurately reproduce in a fantasy setting.

During an arena fight sequence in a game I ran I used this theme for one of the enemy teams. It was four Dwarven Unarmed Swordsages (each 9th level) whose beards were different colors (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow). They used flanking with Assassin's Stance and various maneuvers like Cloak of Deception and Comet Throw to maneuver into position and try to pull enemy's into their group so they could all pummel the one target together.

They'd do a lot of unnecessary poses and things like that during combat, but I did not actually give them/find a way for them to have a team super move.

Ye gods, I. Love. This. Place.

yeah, each team member needs to have a way to set up attacks for the others in any initiative order. lets go ahead and bow to the turn based restraits otherwise, we'll all go crazy trying work it out. I other words each characters turn in a round should set up at least one part of the super move. Just out of curiosity what would a tokusatsu hero look like?

Spandex, a scarf, a mask, a motorcycle, and a bug theme.

What, you mean in D&D?

Spray-paint a Thri-Keen or Diopsid, get him an Effigy Creature mount and a scarf, and have him take levels in Unarmed Swordsage or Ranger.

What, you mean build-wise?

... Yeah, that's pretty much it. Lots of jumping, some kicking, expect lots of recommendations of Unarmed Swordsage. That's more or less what it is.

Alright, this sounds like you need teamwork skills.

Your leader/Red Ranger has the Outcast Champion PrC (http://dndtools.eu/classes/outcast-champion/). This lets him be a team leader and still focus on his allies. He's probably Half-Elf (for the racial requirement), and since the Outcast Champion abilities key off Charisma, I'd suggest a Paladin-like build, or use Marshal to rally your allies with a rousing speech about how you never give up!

Your Big Guy (usually a male Yellow Ranger, or a male Blue Ranger) will be using Nightsong Enforcer PrC (http://dndtools.eu/classes/nightsong-enforcer/)definitely. You can give them Evasion as a Monk or a Rogue, or another PrC if you really wanna dip for it. I'd probably also add Knight Protector (http://dndtools.eu/classes/knight-protector/)to further enforce the Tank feel.

Your Smart Guy (Now typically a male Black Ranger, or a Male Green Ranger) will probably be a caster, but you can still be a team player by being the buffer.

Your Chick/Girly Girl (Almost always a Pink Ranger/White with Pink Accents Ranger) will probably be the Healer/White Mage anyway, so that's almost always a team player.

However, these are only suggestions, since the main schtick of Sentai is Teamwork, no matter the themes or abilities of the team itself. If you want to make a Sentai, just build a team that works well together and paint their armor all one color each, and put it in a Ring of Arming so they can change when they're needed to fight the Monster of the Week.

I would make them all Swordsages, but each focusing on a different weapon and set of maneuvers. The problem with original Power Rangers is that all 5 characters pretty much had the same skillset, just different minor attributes.

You could also do Binder, Rich Burlew's Champion (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?172910-Articles-Previously-Appearing-on-GiantITP-com) or some other class that allows you to call a spirit to boost your power.
Possibly wield ancestral/legacy weapons?

The Apparatus of the Crab is kind of like a Megazord: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Apparatus_of_the_Crab
The Summon Golem spell could also be good to know about.

Make a party of six, give each 3 levels of Squire of Legend and 10 levels of Mystic Exemplar with each choosing a different paragon and each using different classes before going into Squire of Legend / Mystic Exemplar.
