I was curious how difficult it was to organize those. How long did it take to set up, was it worth it (I'm sure it was), just a general view of what they were like.

Could sometimes be tricky to organize. Things needed to be vetted, and the PbP format is not excellent for doing things in. If I ran it again I'd favor live matches over MapTool.
